Refund policy

การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

  • หากสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อไปแล้ว มีขนาดที่ไม่พอดี ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนขนาดสินค้าได้ แต่ต้องเป็นสินค้าแบบเดิมและราคาเดียวกันกับสินค้าที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยน
  • ค่าส่งสินค้าที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยน ทางลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ ทางแบรนด์จะจัดส่งสินค้ากลับให้ลูกค้าโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
  • กรณีเปลี่ยนสินค้า ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่สินค้าถึงมือลูกค้า (ติดตามจากสถานะสินค้า)


การคืนสินค้า

  • ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี ยกเว้นแต่สินค้ามีข้อผิดพลาดจากทางแบรนด์
  • กรณีคืนสินค้าที่มีข้อผิดพลาดจากทางแบรนด์ สามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่สินค้าถึงมือลูกค้า (ติดตามจากสถานะสินค้า)


สินค้าที่สามารถ เปลี่ยน / คืน ได้

  • สินค้าที่ส่งคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพปกติ ไม่ได้รับความเสียหาย หากมีป้ายราคา ต้องไม่ถูกตัดทิ้งหรือทำลาย / ไม่มีร่องรอบในการแก้ไข ใช้งาน ซ่อมแซม ซัก รีด หรือทำความสะอาดทุกประเภท
  • พร้อมแนบหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อโดยตรงจากทางแบรนด์ (instagram @not.for.everyone / Line OA @notforeveryone / Email : notforeveryone.bkk@gmail.com)
  • ไม่รับเปลี่ยน / คืน สินค้าจากร้านฝากขายทุกกรณี

 

Exchange Policy

  • If the product purchase is the wrong size, we accept exchanges for other sizes of the same product.
  • If an item is exchanged, return Shipping costs will be incurred to the customer.
  • Items can be exchanged up to 7 days after the item has been received.


Return Policy

  • We do not accept refunds/returns under any circumstances unless the product is proven to be defected. 
  • For defected products we allow refunds within 7 days after the customer has received the item.


Refundable items

  • Returned items but be in new condition, must not have any damage, price tags must still remain intact and the garment must not be altered or washed in any way.
  • Only items purchased from direct channels ( instagram @not.for.everyone / Line OA @notforeveryone / Website www.notforeveryone.club ) can be returned. In the case of requesting a refund please attach evidence that the item being returned has been purchased from a direct channel.
  • If an item has not been purchased from a direct channel, we cannot refund the item under any circumstance
