Shipping policy
การจัดส่งแบบภายในประเทศ
- ไม่มีค่าจัดส่งภายในประเทศ
- จัดส่งโดย Kerry express / ไปรษณีย์ไทย
- การจัดส่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 2-3 วันทำการ หลังจากรับออร์เดอร์ หากสินค้าเป็นสินค้าพร้อมส่ง
- สินค้าจะถึงมือลูกค้า ภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ โดยประมาณ หลังจากทางแบรนด์จัดสิ้นค้าให้กับบริษัทขนส่ง
- การขนส่งมีการล่าช้าได้ สาเหตุเกิดจากภายในบริษัทขนส่ง / สภาพอากาศ / lสถานการณ์ทางบ้านเมือง
- หากสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าล่าช้าในระหว่างการขนส่ง กรุณาติดต่อกลับทางแบรนด์ เพื่อให้ทางแบรนด์หาถึงปัญหาของการจัดส่งล่าช้า
การจัดส่งภายในประเทศ (เร่งด่วน / ภายในวัน)
- หากลูกค้ามีความจำเป็นในการใช้สินค้าแบบเร่งด่วน / ต้องการจัดส่งโดย Application กรุณาสั่งซื้อและแจ้งทางแอดมิน LineOA โดยตรง ก่อนเวลาจัดส่ง 3-5 ชั่วโมง
- การจัดส่งแบบเร่งด่วน / ภายในวัน ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่ง ราคาตามระยะทางจริงของทาง Application
การจัดส่งแบบต่างประเทศ
- ค่าส่งแต่ละประเทศจะแตกต่างกันไป ตรวจสอบค่าส่งในหน้า check out
- จัดส่งโดย DHL / ไปรษณีย์ไทย
- การจัดส่งในแต่ละประเทศจะมีระยะเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน โดยอยู่ระหว่าง 5-14 วันทำการ หลังจากทางแบรนด์ส่งออกพัสดุ
Regular Domestic Shipping (Thailand):
- All domestic orders will be shipped for free.
- Items will be shipped through Kerry Express or Thai Post
- Orders will be processed within 2-3 days after purchase if the item is in stock and not a pre-order.
- Items are usually delivered within 2-3 days after shipment.
- In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to issues on the shipping company’s side due to weather conditions/ internal issues/ Political situation within the country.
- If your shipment is experiencing delays, please reach out to us so that we can investigate further for you.
Express/Same day Domestic Shipping (Thailand):
- If you require express or same day delivery (Grab/LalaMove) please complete your order and inform us through LineOA with your delivery request. You will receive your order within 3-5 hours.
- In the case of express/shame day shipping the customer is responsible for the shipping fee (Grab/LalaMove).
International Shipping:
- Shipping rates vary based on region, rates will be shown upon checkout.
- Orders will be shipped via DHL/Thai Post
- Delivery times will differ based on the shipping destination, orders are delivered within 5-15 days after shipment.
